Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise except personalized books is returnable to Starpath Dolls for an exchange, credit or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the personalized books. Each book we produce is uniquely tailored for the person who has provided the information. We recommend that you carefully check your child’s information that has been entered before you submit it to be used in the personalized story.

If your purchase was made from the Starpath Dolls website, please send us a message explaining what you would like to return along with the order number or packing slip. We will refund or credit you, but cannot refund the personalized book. All dolls, clothing, and accessories are returnable. Your message should be sent to support@starpathdolls.com.

If your purchase was made at a retail store, please return it to the store with a copy of your receipt. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
